Update to the OHvendorload.new script

I continue to look for ways to make the new vendorload script of OHvendorload.new better.

This morning I was successful in making an improvement.

The script was updated so that the list of titles that display at the end will include the special characters in the message that can be copied and sent to library staff.

Previously the titles would load correctly but in the email message they would display like
    C¿́¿¿́Ư¿́¿℗¿mo son buenos amigos los dinosaurios? 

Now the files will load and display properly in the message like
    Cómo son buenos amigos los dinosaurios?
