Follett orders

I thought I would share with everone, 

I had a school email me that the barcodes from a Follett order were not in WorkFlows and she had received the books several weeks ago.
I checked the Follett site and there were no files for that school. I also noticed that there were no new files since since 8/30/22
I called the Follett people and and they told me they were switching systems that send out the MARC records, etc. The switch apparently did not go smoothly.
They say  they have identified the problem and all future orders should be fine
They can resend the MARC records to us, but they will need to know the invoice number for the order that has shipped.
The nice person on the phone said that we can call them or we can send the request to them via email at sss@follettlearning.com
