Maintenance Item: Storage Array Node
Start Date/Time: 3/17/2023 - 5:00PM
End Date/Time: 3/17/2023 - 9:00PM
Summary of Work:
We will be working on-site with vendor support technicians to proactively replace faulty memory modules in one of our storage array nodes. While we do not expect any downtime as result of this maintenance, the possibility does exist and we want everyone to be aware of a potential unplanned outage as a result of this work. In the event of an outage, our team will work to restore services as quickly as possible and provide timely updates as needed.
The MC Data Center reported that the maintenance completed Friday evening without issue.
