The GenYES Ohio Community is a group for educators who use GenYES Ohio resources in their schools. Group members can collect, collaborate, share and lesson plans. Group members can use the discussion board to learn from conversations with peers how to support the use of GenYES Ohio resources in their schools. Our GenYES Consultant requested an extended maintenance window to perform database cleanup that is necessitated as a result of the purge of non-Ohio data. In short, when the non-Ohio data was removed from GenYES, it left behind some remnants of data which could negatively impact the site, including the site performance.

During the maintenance window, we do expect the site to be unavailable for an extended period of time while utilities are used to address the issues.
