OH|ID Portal

Hey there - anyone able to get their supplier id's setup in the OH|ID portal?  I created my account, but I can't figure out next steps..

Hello Heather,

  • Once your profile is created, log-in to your account and click Start Registration under New Supplier
    • Before you begin registering your business, please have the following on hand:
      • A scanned copy of your hand signed W-9 form
      • Banking information (bank name, routing number, account number)
      • Full payment remittance address

If you continue to have issues, please contact Ohio Shared Services at (877) 644-6771.  

Please note:  OBM/OSS shut down certain services in June as part of their fiscal year end processes.  It is likely that this is causing issues with supplier registration.  The usual services should resume July 1.
