Call for Proposals
by Amanda Brasfield 8 months, 1 week agoHello INFOhio Community,
Have you thought about turning your #INFOhioWorks story into an OELMA conference presentation? School librarians from all around Ohio will gather in Dublin Oct. 2-4, and your amazing research unit or fabulous use of OERs may be just what they are looking to learn.
If you are interested, proposals are due April 15. This year's theme is Empowering the Future: Lifting Voices through the Library, and more information is available on our website www.oelma.org/page-18157.
We welcome presentation proposals on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
- Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in school libraries
- Cultivating digital literacy and information literacy skills
- Incorporating social justice and anti-racism initiatives into library programming
- Fostering a love for reading and literacy engagement
- Utilizing technology to enhance library services and resources
- Collaborating with classroom teachers and community partners to support student learning
- Creating inclusive and welcoming library spaces for all students
- Implementing innovative programs to engage and inspire students
Hope to see you there!
