The Ohio Department of Health, in collaboration with the State Library of Ohio, is again offering PPE at no charge to local libraries to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 among library visitors and staff. The State of Ohio purchased the PPE with federal CARES Act funds for the purpose of responding to the public health emergency with respect to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The State Library does not administer the survey or distribute the PPE.

The PPE is available as a first come, first served opportunity. Libraries that previously received PPE through this initiative are eligible to submit a request.  The state reserves the right to adjust orders if the requests are too large to fill.
