by Sarah Mowery 2 years, 9 months agoGood Afternoon!
On behalf of INFOhio's partners at the Ohio Technology and Engineering Educators Association, an exciting opportunity has been announced to become a research partner for an evaluation study in May 2022.
GBH Boston and the New York Hall of Science have developed an exciting new Makerspace toolkit, called the Design Squad Maker (DSM) Toolkit, funded by the National Science Foundation. The team, along with their external evaluator, is searching for potential research partners for an evaluation study happening in May of 2022.
Each evaluation partner site will be provided with a Toolkit with all the resources needed to engage your families in learning about the engineering design process and enable families to continue learning at home. The Toolkit includes:
- Training for your staff
- Four workshops
- Recruitment and social media materials
- Design Squad Maker App
- Take-home materials
Each participating partner site will receive an honorarium of $1,000. To learn more about the opportunity or to express an interest in participating, visit: https://tinyurl.com/yc52tme6
