Reminder: Last Week for Proposals - SPARCC EdTech Conference

Friendly reminder... This is the last week to submit session proposals for the 2023 SPARCC EdTech Conference. We are asking that all proposals be submitted by the end of the day on Sunday, April 23rd.

SPARCC is proud to host our annual Educational Technology Conference on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.

📋 Conference Details:

  • This year the conference will be both in-person and virtual.
    • The conference will be held in person at the Stark County Educational Service Center at 6057 Strip Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720.
    • The sessions will also be streamed live for those who cannot attend in person.
    • The sessions will also be recorded for those who cannot attend on the date of the conference.
  • This is a FREE conference for teachers, administrators, technology staff, and anyone interested in using educational technology to support teaching and learning.
  • Certificates of attendance for professional development will be available for each session you watch live or recorded.
  • This is an excellent way to kick off a new school year with great ideas!

✅ Registration:

  • Fill out the form below to register for the conference whether you plan to attend in-person or virtually. The conference is free!

📢 Call for Proposals:

  • As a presenter you have three options for offering your session:
    • In-person - For those who can be with us in person at the Stark County Educational Service Center on the day of the conference.
    • Virtual - For those who cannot be with us in-person, but wish to give a live virtual session on the day of the conference.
    • Pre-recorded - For those who cannot participate on the date of the conference, but want to provide a pre-recorded session for attendees to view.
  • In-person and virtual sessions will be 45 minutes in length. Pre-recorded sessions can be whatever length you prefer.
  • The deadline for submission is April 23rd, 2023.
