My name is Michael Lamp and I am a high school librarian media specialist at East CLC in Akron Public Schools. To be honest I'm becoming an iCoach because it is an expectation of this role and I'm already doing most of the things that go along with the program.

One area of strength for me is my comfortability in planning, developing, and delivering professional development, training or outreach to adults. This will help me because it is one of the iCoach requirements.

I need to build skills in being more knowledgeable about the various InfOhio resources that are available. This training will help me to familiarize myself with the resources.
