2024-2025 INFOhio ICoach Reporting Form

Good afternoon!

I have had numerous questions about how to find the link for the current ICoach Reporting Form. There are two places to always access the form:

  1. On the INFOhio ICoach page on the INFOhio website. Click the main menu in the upper right corner, and choose Professional Development. Click ICoach on the lower left. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the link. I shared this with you in an email earlier this week!
  2. In the Group Resources tab of the INFOhio ICoach Open Space Group. Click the tab and then choose the resource in the list titled 2024-2025 ICoach Reporting Form. Click the orange View Resource button to acces the form.
