Highlights and Almanac blocked - GoGuardian

I am the IT person and have whitelisted all the sites listed in the recommended whitelist section for parts of Inohio. We are using GoGuardian and students still cannot access Highlights or the World Almanac. If anyone has been able to get this to work can you help?
