Why go to Google, when you can trust the one place that provides student learning with equitable access and quality resources, and efficient instructional and technical support, for every student, educator, and parent in Ohio. Available at no cost, everyone has access with a username and password available at INFOhio.org in the upper left hand corner of the homepage. Explore the digital content, the library services, the web tools, and the plethora of professsional development and support availble for students and teachers. There is something for every child in four conventient links, for children 3-5 years of age, and students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. There is even a link for parents and one for educators, too. eBooks, videos, narrated texts, images, and links to databases and training, are included for everyone with different learning styles and educational needs.  No matter what grade level, learning level or course of study you take, Infohio is here to help!

INFOhio is a vetted and structured single location for you and the students to find standard approved lessons, resources, and searchable subjects for your daily curriculum. It is in our portal on the chromebooks and the login for the students is consistant with all  of our other regulaly used programs. this means you can direct lessons without having to worry about complicated screen sharing, and can be used for individualized student work as well. INFOhio also has precreated high quality information materials for you the teacher, that will support these lessons inside your classroom. This means less time having to track down materials and making sure they are accessible to the students, and more time for actual use.  Were we to return to home based learning, you and the students still have access to all of INFOhio and can continue the learning process without loss.

Students, educators, and families can use INFOhio in a variety of ways included, but not limited to, ELA, Math, Social Studies, Science, Encore Classes, and Social-emotional Learning. Resources are easy to find and the website is user-friendly. INFOhio has resources for everyone and I highly encourage you to explore the resources. 

INFOhio is place to find equitable, quality resources for your classrooms and at home. It is available to everyone in Ohio at no cost. It is home to a variety of resources. The resources are divided into the age range and grade levels you are looking for. There are resources for students, eductators, and parents! The information includes ebooks, read alouds, games, videos, and even information in french and spanish!

INFOhio has proven to be very useful with the students and myself. We use FETCH to find books in the library or even in the other libraries in our district. Its nice that it is a free resource that even parents can use. It is nice to have such a wide range of resouces and catagories to navigate through to help narrow down the topic you are looking for.

INFOhio is a free online resource that provides various resources to help students and teachers review and build upon knowledge and lesson plans that meet the educational standards of learning.  It can be used to help with all subject matters in school while keeping students engaged in learning.  It give the opportunity to review what you have learned through interactive games.  You do not need a log on information, as it remembers your ip address and automatically logs you in.  It has math, science, social studies, spelling, basically everything that you need to increase your educational learning. Everyone can use INFOhio to develop on any subject matter they may be struggling with, and to research topics that you may just be of interest to you.

INFOhio is a multi-purpose, fantastic digital hub for any student, teacher, parent, and education community to have in their toolkit of resources. When looking to use the plethora of resources, games, research based activities, articles, and more found on INFOhio, simply type infohio.org and enter your district’s log-in information. This digital library resource is completely free and is super easy to use from the novice technology user to the most experienced. If you are unsure of where or how to access, simply contact the customer support and they are more than happy to help. Once you have access to INFOhio, the fun can really begin. The homepage features categories based on age, as well as groups for teachers, and parents. The search bar, found in the upper right hand corner, is also a helpful tool to get started. Give one of the groups a click, and you will be directed to many resources with quick descriptions. From there, you will be able to explore around and find the perfect fit for your needs. Anything from career discovery, financial literacy, hobbies/crafts, and articles relating to current events and past events for research. The eBooks and IWonder are two of my favorites. Furthermore, The World Almanac is a great resource for Social Studies and Science teachers and the French-Language encyclopedia would be ideal for a middle or high school French teacher. The applications of INFOhio have wide appeal. Our mental health professionals could utilize the student wellness eBooks. Many elective block teachers could use the Explora for Grades 6-8- current events class, research strategies class, and more. Our Reverse Engineering teacher , Drone class teacher, Medical Detective teachers could utilize the Science Reference Center, STEM & Career eBooks, and STEM/Career videos (Infobase).

Infohio is a website that has lot's of educational and interactive resources that educators, students, and arents can utilize. "It has features that help students with research, even activities, and science experiments. Everyone apart of the school community can use Infohio and its resources. Infohio does not require you to log in directly, you will sign in by logging onto yous APS Portal and clicking on the image for Infohio. The website has many activities and research tools made specifically for elementary, middle and high schoolars. Things you can work on together from pintable lesson plans and ideas to activities and games the can do individully. 

Infohio is a user friendly, online resource, available for free to everyone who lives in the state of Ohio.It can be accessed from the APS Chromebook Portal. User names and passwords can be created on the Infohio Home page. There is access to "Sora", a library service that allows books in our catalog to be checked out online. There are also several research resources like "Points of View" which offers vetted, quality resource materials. More than that for example, " IWonder" would be a great place to look into when looking for information on careers, and "The World Almanac for Kids offers games, homework help, and videos to support different interests. 

I'm going to speak with our counselor to make her aware that IWonder would be a really good resource for students questioning job paths.

INFOhio offers you the opportunity to supplement or, in some case, replace your classroom resources that you already use across all grade bands and content areas covered in Ohio schools.  If you've never used it, I can email you the link and you can get intial access logging in using your school's internet.  It will automatically log you in.  If you are someone who has used INFOhio in the past, make sure you are checking back as they are always updating the content and tools.  INFOhio has materials for all aspects of education, whether it be in the classroom learning, student well-being, extracurricular activities and curriculum creation all at no-cost to students, parents or eduators.  INFOhio also hosts an extensive library of materials that teachers can incorporate into their already established curriculum and lesson plans.

INFOhio is the best resource for teachers in the humanities because it is a one-stop shop of educational and academic sources. One of the biggest aspects of digital literacy is teaching students who they can trust on the internet. With exposure to multiple academic articles, students will slowly become more comfortable seeing the difference between trustworthy and untrustworthy sources. 

Infohio is a digital library serving all Ohio students, staff, administration and parents.   This site provides high quality resources that include interactive, print and video materials at no cost to Ohio residents.   There are sites covering all grade levels from PreK through high school as well as information for parents and educators. 

INFOhio is a standards based digital library that is no cost to you. Teachers, students, and parents are all able to use INFOhio at school and at home. The grade bands make it easier for all of us to find the needed resources to help us better teach and learn in all settings. 

I agree, it is extremely user friendly. There is info for all grades. It's safe and it seems like it's endless information.

INFOhio is a resource that is curated specifically for Grades K-12, Parents and Teachers.  It is funded through the State Library of Ohio and is available for all students and families enrolled in grades K-12.  Infohio is accessible without a password while inside of a school building, however, consult your school librarian for your district's specific passwords for outside of school use.

INFOhio is a vetted source of great, user-friendly resources for student learning. Students can access e-books, research resources, games, and activities, plus teachers can access educator tools that are vetted, meet high-quality standards, and are time-saving. So far, for my role as school librarian, INFOhio has proved to be a valuable part of classroom time, and I know it can be a valuable part of classroom time for educators and parents across all grade levels.

 What is INFOhio, what does INFOhio do, and who can use INFOhio?

INFOhio is a Digital Resources, That is state and federal funded.   INFOhio evaluates, curates, and licenses digital resources that all Ohio PreK-12 students, their parents, and educators can use for teaching and learning. INFOhio is Ohio's PreK-12 digital library. They purchase quality digital material for Ohio students from PreK-12  They build resources that help teachers guide students.  INFOhio supports our Libraries and maintains our school's online catalog to provide educators with online digital training and continuing education programs.  They assist parents with ways to help themselves and to help their child succeed.

I work with (elementary/middle grade/secondary) students. What does INFOhio have for them  

INFOhio is divided into age and grade level groups.  Ages 3-5, PreK-5, Grades 6-8, Grades 9-12, Parents and Educators.  There are so many different programs at all levels.  I would suggest to my audience to explore INFOhio to see what they have to offer for each level of interest.  Parents will have many of their questions answered at the Parent level.  

Many of you will be able to find the best resources for core subject educators. Think about the other departments in your school or district. What INFOhio services meet their needs? Curate the list of digital resources, web tools, or services you would recommend.

INFOhio has PD for many high level professions. Career guidance, along with continuing education programs, They also offer material in several Foreign Languages. 

INFOhio is a free online resource available to anyone in the state of Ohio.  Users can go to the website and create a username and password for free. Once a username and password have been created users have access to a variety of options.  Users gain access to Sora which is an incredible online ebook collection.  There is a variety of reseach sites and sources, world almanacs, and content specific material.  INFOhio is also broke into age groups in order to fit the needs of elementary, middle, and high schools.  Research sites can be filter topics, result types, and much more.  It creates an all in one resource for students to research any topic of their choice.
