Social-Emotional Learning is an important component of being successful in school and society. In this session, each of the 5 components of social-emotional learning (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making) will be explored. This mini lesson allows teachers to share the nonfiction companion text, Empathy: I Know How You Feel! by Liz George, that is already available within the BookFlix resource.
