Tabs

Can I have multiple tabs (e.g. Check in, check out) open on the web interface? Right now I don't seem to be able to - but I'm also aware it might be a property setting.

Very similar to WorkFlows you will need to make sure Tabbed Windows is enabled. In SymphonyWeb up to 10 tabs can be opened.  To turn on Tabbed Windows you will need to go to Preference on your toolbar and select Desktop/Desktop Setup and place a check in the box for Tabbed windows. You will also need to log out of SymphonyWeb to save your property changes and log back into SymphonyWeb in order for this to take effect.
