STEM Activity Kits

Hello,

I have been gifted a large set of different STEM activities that I would like teachers to be able to search for and check out from our school library. Does anyone currently do something like this? How does your system work? Do you use your library catalog or have a seperate system in place for viewing and checking out these kits? I want to make this as easy as possible for myself and the teachers in the district.
