HyperDocs are digital lessons created with Google Apps for Education that engage and challenge learners to explore, analyze, and synthesize information. INFOhio has teamed up with inquiry to create two content-specific HyperDocs using INFOhio digital content. Participants will advance down the court by learning how to use all-star content, and proven powerhouse practices for a common goal. Discover how to use the inquiry process and the HyperDoc template to create your own lessons using quality INFOhio content and strategies that will connect students with critical thinking and collaboration for a winning outcome!

This class will show you how to implement student-led workshops and tutorials that empower learners, encourage creativity and facilitate innovation. You will see examples of how educators can guide students to articulate personal learning goals and give them opportunities to teach their peers. We will also go over a few instrumental tools that make this blended learning process happen, including how to create Podcasts and utilize FlipGrid.

Ohio's K-12 digital library, INFOhio, offers free resources for students and teachers in Ohio. In this presentation we will focus on the resouces available for early learners. Find out how to utalize this free resource from anywhere in the state of Ohio.

Google Slides are interactive with the add-on Pear Deck. View how to add questions to your Google Slides presentations to check how students are processing information. Learn how to link the Google Slides into Google Classroom with a student paced mode to view as a homework or synchronous presentation. For schools closed, premium features of Pear Deck are now free and enables students to have a “take away file'' in their Google Drive to use as a study tool.

Makers & Shakers is a blended-learning workshop for teachers and administrators about
classroom ‘making’ – everything from science-oriented circuits and inventions
